Can I join with basic Chinese?

Yes. English is welcome too. Hosts help with introductions, but do not provide lessons or full-time translation.

Is this a structured language exchange?

Will I have a Taiwanese language partner?

Guests change each week. We do not assign partners or guarantee Chinese-speaking time or a particular guest mix.

Do I have to drink, sing or join the bar hop?

No. These are optional, and non-alcoholic drinks are available.
